The Ethics of Food


Are you curious about the ethics of food? Do you know what is meant by ‘bio’ and ‘organic’ and if it is really better? In this course, you will learn all about food politics, the process from farm to fork, and the ethics of killing animals.

Duration: 4 months (to be completed within 6 months)
Including 1 midterm and 1 final exam
